Healthy Intentions™ is dedicated to health and weight loss and was created by myself, Dr Bernard Beldholm in 2001 as a way of providing useful information and products via the web. As an Australian medical practitioner, with a special interest in obesity, I am constantly sourcing the latest information on weight loss to include on this website and in regular newsletters so please bookmark this website for future reference and subscribe to my newsletter.

Health, beauty and well-being are important aspects of anyone’s life, but in order to achieve them we all need access to the best tools and information. Healthy Intentions™ takes a holistic view of your health. By focusing on healthy habits learnt from this website all aspects of your life will improve, and as you progress you will find that it will be a positive cycle. You will feel and look good and have more energy. Healthy Intentions™ aims to give you: Determination, Motivation, Health, Beauty and Fitness.
